RETURN&EXCHANGE PROCEDURES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
FETICHE does its best to provide outstanding service and deliver high-quality products. It is essential for us to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason dissatisfied, you can simply return the item(s). We are ready to accept timely returns of item(s) in a new, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags, boxes and pouches attached. Should you need to return your purchase, you have ten working days from receiving your order to request and arrange your exchange or return. Make sure to check the product carefully upon its arrival. In case the packaging or the product itself is damaged/defective or incorrect on arrival, you must declare this to a courier without any delay and inform the company about the incident stating the problem. - Attach a copy of your passport's main page
- Attach order confirmation form

After receiving your refund request, FETICHE team will inform you about the next steps to take. Failure to follow the above-mentioned instructions will result in a return refusal. Please consider that you are responsible for shipping arrangement and handling of said shipping charges which are non-refundable.
Once the returned parcel reaches the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Refunds will be issued in 10 working days after the product’s arrival. Money will be refunded to you (excluding shipping cost) in ten working days after reception of the parcel. **Return processing may vary during holiday seasons.
Any item returned in a used/damaged condition or without the original tags, pouches and boxes attached do not qualify for the refund. When returning your item, we recommend that you use a reliable delivery service, as you are held accountable for any losses or damages in transit.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products which have been personalised or pre-ordered.
